Processing Time

Due to high order volume, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. If additional delays are expected, we will contact you directly.

Domestic Shipping

We ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

International Shipping

International shipping is available. Please note that international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees that are not included at checkout. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Carriers

Orders are shipped via reputable carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is based on the most efficient option for your location and the size of the shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and any applicable photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, replace the affected items.

Address Accuracy
