AXIS brings advanced PFD, MFD and EIS capability to a highly integrated flight deck. Depending on the selected display and approved configuration, the system can incorporate IFR GPS, NAV/COMM, audio, traffic, weather, engine data and Garmin safety-enhancing functions.

The + AP configuration provides interface capability for certain non-Garmin autopilots. It is not automatically required because an aircraft has a GFC 500; confirm approved aircraft and autopilot compatibility before selecting a kit.
